Merlin Entertainment’s empire has at its centre The EDF Energy London Eye – a major international attraction since opening way back in 2000.

 

During 2011, Triangle were delighted to be commissioned to refurbish the compact retail space directly underneath the attraction – a valuable opportunity to improve flow & functionality of this incredibly popular and hard-working environment.

 

In the twinkling of an eye (actually 10 months of planning and a week on-site) our fresh face of the store opened for business in January 2012  in readiness for the Olympics and another busy year.

 

Our objectives: to increase merchandising sales-conversion; improve practical issues like storage; improve the experience of staff and guests as they flow through... and ultimately, to help ensure EDF Energy London Eye maintains its position as one of the World's best-loved attractions.
